Requirements:

• Diploma or above. Bilingual in English, Mandarin (verbal, written& read). “We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.”
• Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales, Customer Service,Telesales, Digital Marketing, Campaign Operation (at least 6 months in the same company).
• Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
• Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates major in Data Analytics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Science are welcome, entry level position available and training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Customer Insights:

• Analyze customer and transaction data to uncover patterns, segment audiences, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear visual presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support campaign planning, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies with data-backed insights

Market & Business Analysis:

• Research market trends and competitor strategies to inform CRM and marketing performance.
• Evaluate metrics across local and international markets to identify areas for growth and process improvement.

Reporting & Collaboration:

• Prepare concise reports and presentations on performance and strategic initiatives for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and teams to align goals and ensure smooth project execution.
• Recommend solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and mitigate business risks.
