• Location: Malaysia

Key Responsibilities：

• Identify, approach, and onboard merchants such as retail shops, automobile workshops, and other business partners to promote loan services and the company app.
• Present and explain the value proposition of the loan program, including referral benefits for merchants and installment options for customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term collaboration and performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active business development and field outreach.
• Conduct market visits, prospecting, and partnership negotiations to expand merchant coverage.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide ongoing support to maximize engagement and results.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and progress tracking for management review. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to improve sales strategies.

Requirements：

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related role (financial services or loan industry is an advantage).
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and extroverted, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in approaching business owners and conducting face-to-face presentations.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Willing to travel for merchant visits and field sales activities.
