Customer Relationship Management Executive
Description
  • Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm
  • Salary: From RM3,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus + Flexi Claim + Year-End Bonus
  • Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communication mainly via chat messaging with occasional calls.
  • Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date exchange rate information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and trust.
  • Negotiate exchange rates with customers and obtain agreement before passing instructions to the relevant department for transaction processing.
  • Ensure that transaction statements are prepared and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
  • Forward finalized statements from the operations department to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of customer transactions.
  • Maintain a professional, responsive, and customer-focused approach at all times.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, and English preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
  • Customer Services experienced is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage rates and transaction information accurately.
  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with chat-based communication.
  • Immediate availability will be prioritized.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, Gmail, etc.).
  • Willing to work on a rotating weekend schedule and perform overtime when required.
