Job Description:

• Plan, develop, and execute the company’s digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and CRM/EDM campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Creative) to align digital campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve conversion, traffic, and customer engagement.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective channel allocation.
• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing staff or executives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Malay and English (a plus).
• Ability to work with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
• Hands-on expertise in digital channels: Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• E-commerce experience is preferred (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or equivalent platforms).
