• Salary :  Basic from 3k onwards + Commission (sales target)
• Work Days : 6 days a week, Self-arranged Off Day (Replacement off days / leave cash out available)
• Work Hours: 930am – 630pm
• Work Mode: Hybrid (Weekend & PH wfh)
• Maluri, Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)

Job Descriptions:

• Analyse and process loan applications with complete set of documentation and information obtain for new and existing customer application Evaluate, recommend and approve loans
• Perform verification of applicant with relevant parties to ensure the genuineness of the applicant and employment details are established.
• Ensure timely completion of customer’s transactions and requests
• To be alert in detecting and preventing any potential elements of fraud or fraud applications.
• Follow-up of documents / information with customer to support the loan application.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin and Malay Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
• Self-motivated, positive, and goal-driven
