Description
- Salary : RM4,000 onwards + Monthly Performance Bonus + Year End Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Maluri, Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate repetitive data tasks and business processes using Python or relevant tools/libraries.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to design and implement automation projects, chatbot flows, and backend solutions.
- Assist in campaign planning, customer journey mapping, and retention strategy execution.
- Research market, competitor, and CRM trends to recommend improvements and opportunities for automation.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct system tests, studies, and performance monitoring to ensure quality in IT solutions under development.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (written, spoken, reading) — required to handle Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Diploma or above; preferably in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information System, or related fields.
- Proficient in Python (must-have) for data analysis, scripting, or chatbot/system automation.
- Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Excel (including VBA and Power Query), SQL, and BI tools.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Data Analysis, System Development, Digital Marketing, or CRM Strategy (6 months in same company).
- Fresh graduates with strong Python/data projects are welcome to apply.
