Description
  • Maluri, Kuala Lumpur
  • Location: Maluri, Kuala Lumpur (MRT accessible)
  • Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday; 10am to 7pm
  • Salary: From RM3,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus + Year-End Bonus + Flexi Claim

 

Key Responsibilities

  • SOP Development & Documentation Translate actual operational practices into clear, structured, and practical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure SOP documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with operational needs.
  • Internal Audit & QA Review Conduct periodic and ad-hoc internal audits and process reviews to ensure SOP compliance.
  • Identify execution gaps and areas for process improvement.
  • Risk Identification & Prevention Identify potential risks, loopholes, and control weaknesses within SOPs and daily operations.
  • Propose effective corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Follow-up & Continuous Improvement Track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
  • Maintain proper audit records, checklists, and continuous improvement logs.
  • Reporting & Coordination Prepare clear, concise, and structured audit and QA reports for management review.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support quality and compliance initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • 1 year of relevant working experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, or external audit firms is an advantage. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
  • Fluent in Malay (spoken & written) is preferably.
  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of internal audit, compliance, and process control concepts.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
