Job Descriptions:

– Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

– Prepare, review, and analyse monthly management reports, financial statements, and performance dashboards. – Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to ensure healthy liquidity.

– Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

– Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, projections. – Review and approve finance-related submissions prepared by junior team members.

– Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

– Support management in ad-hoc financial and strategic projects.

Requirements:

– Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

– Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

– Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

– Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. – Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is an advantage.

– Good analytical, problem-solving. – Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
