Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly management reports, financial statements, and performance dashboards. – Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to ensure healthy liquidity.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, projections. – Review and approve finance-related submissions prepared by junior team members.
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Support management in ad-hoc financial and strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•  Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. – Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving. – Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
