Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of AI and ML solutions, including NLP, predictive analytics, and process automation.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, models, and cloud tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain).
• Architect and deploy chatbots, automation pipelines, and recommendation systems integrated with existing business platforms.
• Build scalable data processing and model training pipelines to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, and assess their potential impact.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and guide the development of internal AI capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in AI, machine learning, or data science projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of NLP, LLMs, reinforcement learning, or automation systems.
• Experience deploying ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-prem).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
