Job Responsibilities:

• Video Production & Editing Edit and produce short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) using sourced or provided footage.
• Ensure videos are polished, on-brand, and optimized for social media performance.
• Creative & Storytelling Work with marketers and content creators to develop simple, engaging concepts for loan-related content.
• Create clear visual stories for product explainers, tips, and campaigns.
• Motion Graphics Add subtitles, transitions, and basic animations to enhance clarity and engagement.
• Produce simple motion graphics to explain loan processes and key points.
• Campaign Support Create video assets for ads and organic content with multiple versions for A/B testing.
• Collaborate with the performance team to improve future content.
• Workflow Management Keep project files organized and deliver content on time.
• Team Collaboration Coordinate closely with marketers and content creators for accurate and aligned messaging.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (portfolio required).
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing or content production for social media.
• Proficient with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (subtitles, transitions, simple animations).
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends is a plus. Proficient in English and Mandarin is an advantage (for internal communication).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers and content creators.
• Must submit a portfolio showcasing past design work.
